Fruitful meeting with the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus

On July 16, 2024, within the framework of fruitful cooperation between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, a meeting was held between the Minister of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan, Colonel General of Militia Rakhimzoda Ramazon Hamro, and the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Lieutenant General of Police Ivan Vladimirovich Kubrakov.

During the meeting, Minister of Internal Affairs Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro welcomed his colleague Lieutenant General of Police Ivan Kubrakov and a delegation of representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus on their arrival in the hospitable region of Tajikistan and called the meeting important for the progress and efficiency of the internal affairs bodies of both sides.

During the meeting, issues of strengthening the fight against organized crime, terrorism, extremism, illicit drug trafficking, cybercrime, as well as the exchange of experience, information and joint counteraction to modern threats were discussed.

As a result of the meeting, a Protocol on strengthening cooperation was signed.

The meeting took place in an atmosphere of friendship, mutual trust and cooperation.
